Advent Tree

The Elementary Grades 1-6 are preparing the Christmas Tree through the weeks of Advent. Each week the tree is adorned with symbols that help prepare ourselves for the Coming of Jesus Christ. Please note that our classes prepare for the upcoming Sunday. Place your cursor over the picture to read the captions and prayers. 3rd Grade November Entry

Grade 3 had a special treat today...saint cupcakes! In learning about the saints, they celebrated all the "feast days" in one celebration for All Saints' Day. What is your favorite saint?
You too can make saint cupcakes at home for dessert this week in honor of your favorite saints.

Mrs. Slaven says her favorite saint is St. Anthony, patron saint of lost things. I am always losing my keys!
